Where we work

We work across more than 40 counties in Kenya, ensuring that women and girls, in all their diversity, can access dignified, quality care.
Our approach goes beyond health facilities. Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (RMNCH) is shaped by many intersecting enablers, from livelihoods and mental health to water, sanitation, and women’s leadership. That is why our work is rooted in partnerships with women, communities, and health providers, building the linkages that break down barriers and make care both possible and respectful.
Fixed Hubs: In Nairobi, Kajiado, Narok, and Makueni, our Action Village Centres (AVCs) serve as anchors for community-driven health, dignity, and livelihood solutions.
Mobile Villages: In Machakos, Kwale, Kiambu, Bungoma, Kakamega, Kisumu, Vihiga, Isiolo, and Garissa, we use flexible, mobile models focused on Respectful Maternity Care (RMC) and Self-Care, adapting to diverse contexts and bringing services closer to the women who need them most.
